HT-29 cells were stimulated with B bacterial culture supernatant (10% vol/vol) for 3 h or C stimulated for 3 h with LPS (10 μg/ml) purified from E. coli mcr-1+ or E. coli mcr-1-. D THP-1 cells were infected at a MOI of 10 for 1 h and E stimulated with 10% vol/vol bacterial supernatant for 1 h or F stimulated with 0.01 μg/ml LPS for 3 h.
