Fungal quantity from qPCR of the CA dust embedded in carpet A samples and drywall taken from qPCR of the CA inoculated drywall samples. A Fungal growth in CA carpet A with dust revealed an inflection point between 75% to 80% ERH. B Fungal growth in CA painted drywall A revealed an inflection point between 85% to 95% ERH. *New samples of dust and carpet were incubated at 95% ERH for 4 weeks continuously at a later date to determine accurate quantities of fungal growth. Original samples were inconclusive at 95% ERH as the carpet was too wet to collect adequate dust.
