A total of 54 samples analyzed by metagenomics tools were divided into two groups according to the culture results; 17 samples were positive for C. jejuni, and 37 were negative. Significance was determined by t test. The relative abundance of Campylobacter was significantly higher in the fecal sample from which C. jejuni was isolated, while the relative abundance of Escherichia was significantly lower.
