  1. Soil samples from Aeolus Cave (AC) and Barton Hill Mine (BHM) were treated with Tp at the concentration of 105 conidia/g soil (A1, A2) or 106 conidia/g soil (B1, B2) followed by gDNA extraction, PCR, and high throughput sequencing. Untreated soil samples (soil alone) were included for comparison. Note, due to small number of Pd recovered from BHM soil, the Tp treatment was limited to 105 conidia/g soil
