The percent variance explained by each PC is indicated on the axis labels. Loadings for GDFs are indicated by the direction and magnitude of the labeled vectors. Communities were binned along both axes, and the density of attenuation values is displayed by the width of the violin plots in the plots along the top and right margins of the PCA plot. Dots indicate the median attenuation of communities in each bin
