Based on previous analyses, the central Prevotella cluster can be divided into the P. copri and P. stercorea trophic network [27]. The Christensenellaceae, Methanobrevibacter, and Oscillibacter cluster is also considered a trophic network based on cross-feeding interaction knowledge [28, 38]
