Dots on the clades of the tree are colored according to phyla. Branches are shaded with color to highlight genus-level affiliations. The inside layers of the heat map represent the SGBs from different GIT regions. The outside layers of the heat map represent the abundance of each genome in the FS, SI, and LI groups, and a Z-score was used for correction.
