MAGs displayed have >5 atom percent excess (APE) 13C and are colored by phylum affiliation in the bottom panel. The top panel indicates putative substrates of select glycoside hydrolase CAZymes gene homologs for each MAG (potentially targeting chitin, starch, oligosaccharides, and plant polysaccharides, as per Berlemont and Martiny [67]). The dashed black line indicates the APE-13C of the AMF, Rhizophagus intraradices. Error bars represent the 90% confidence interval.
