An enrichment factor (EF) was calculated by comparing heavy and light DNA fractions from the ¹²C- and ¹³C-fructose-fed mosquitoes for each OTU. Only fungal candidates with an EF > 0.5 and a relative abundance > 0.1% are represented in these parameters, meaning they are enriched in ¹³C.
