The schematic diagram is divided into three parts: (1) Continuously oral intake of Abx caused the enrichment of intestinal Proteobacteria in mice and intratumoral LPS was increased under gut leaky. (2) Intratumoral LPS activated the NF-κB-IL6-STAT3 axis, promoting prostate cancer proliferation and docetaxel chemoresistance.
