Representative staining of Christensenellaceae reference strains. Fresh cultures of Christensenella minuta DSM 22607, “Christensenella massiliensis” DSM 102344 and “Christensenella timonensis” DSM 102800 were analyzed. The measurements were made only with gated events corresponding to the vast majority of bacteria in the suspensions (A). Proportions of bacteria stained with polyclonal antibodies generated with C. minuta DSM 22607 strain were then analyzed (B). These experiments were repeated 3 times
