OTU circles are colored by taxonomic order. These circles represent nodes of the networks. Their size is proportional to the sum of the incoming edge weights. Thickness of the edge is proportional to the strength of the observed partial correlation. Positive partial correlations are represented by red edges, negative partial correlations are represented by turquoise edges. For representation reasons, the OTU Burkholderia-Caballeronia-Paraburkholderia_1 was abbreviated to B-C-P_1
