LEfSe results of enriched ASVs of healthy and infected organisms. Enrichment was tested separately for ASVs in hepatopancreas (a) and stomachs (b). For the hepatopancreas, seven ASVs were the main contributors for the diversity differences observed and were only found enriched on infected individuals. For stomachs, fourteen ASVs showed differential abundance in AHPND-infected compared with healthy shrimps. The graph shows the log10 LDA score for each classification
