Percentage contribution is the mean contribution divided by mean dissimilarity across samples (62.3%). The list of species is not exhaustive, so cumulative percent does not sum to 100%. Operational taxonomic unit (OTU) identifications have been used for bacterial taxon names. OTU numbers have been used to differentiate between taxa within the same genus.
