(b) grown in batch cultures for 1 to 7 days with no added azoxystrobin (AZ) or with 0.5 - 2.5 mg L−1 AZ. Algal cell number of Synechococcus sp. and Monoraphidium sp. co-cultured in lake water for 7 days with the initial AZ concentration 0 (c), 25 μg L−1 (d), 250 μg L−1 (e), and 2.5 mg L−1 (f). N and P concentrations in lake water were adjusted to 6 mg L−1 and 0.3 mg L−1, respectively. Cell number was calculated by a hemocytometer (n = 20)
