Metagenome prediction based on clusters of orthologous groups of proteins (COG) for the infant gut microbiome according to low, medium, and high breast milk PCB-167 exposure groups. These plots show the significant results from Mann-Whitney test where p < 0.05 after Bonferroni correction. Shannon diversity of COG features is higher in the medium and high PCB-167 exposure groups (a). There is differential abundance of COG pathways in the high versus low PCB-167 exposure groups (b)
