The cladograms are the result of the linear discriminant effect size analysis (LEfSe) and show significantly differentially abundant taxa (> 3-fold change of relative OTU abundance) and taxonomy (i.e., going from the central circle in the following order: phylum-class-order). The circle color shows which branch of the phylogenetic tree more significantly represents one of the two studied Utricularia hosts (red or green), while circle size corresponds to the relative abundance of the taxon. Yellow color indicates no statistically significant difference between the compared microbiomes
