Data from 382 isolates from 38 babies across 73 samples. Eight species of bifidobacteria were detected. The B. longum group and B. breve were the most commonly detected. Other species detected include B. pseudocatenulatum, B. catelanum, B. gallinarum, B. bifidum, B. dentium, and B. angulatum. Non = non-secretor-fed, Sec = secretor-fed, and n = number of samples from which isolates were obtained.
