Dr. Eric Green (C), Director of the National Human Genome Research Institute discussed the many successes of the Human Microbiome Project. Dr. Jesse Goodman (D), Chief Scientist at the US Food and Drug Administration discussed the regulatory aspects concerning the microbiome, including the challenges associated with fecal transplants.
