Flow cytometry analysis associates higher cervical antigen-presenting cells with increased genital inflammation. A Cervical leukocytes were immunophenotyped by flow cytometry to identify immune cell lineages. B APCs identified from cervical cytobrushes, stratified by inflammation level defined by the presence of inflammatory cytokines in CVL. Adjusted p values are reported and were calculated using the Kruskal-Wallis test with Dunn’s correction for multiple comparisons. Data is presented as a percentage of total live cells identified by flow cytometry with median identified. N=43
